MP_REDUCE

If this tag is set, only at q-points whose each value is positive ($q_a > 0$, $q_b > 0$, $q_c > 0$), eigenvalues are calculated. This tag works only when MP_SHIFT = 0 0 0 and MP sampling for each axis is even number. Because of reciprocal space symmetry, only 1/8 q-points are necessary to know, this tag well reduces calculation time of thermal property.
