PRIMITIVE

When an input cell is not a primitive cell, phonon analysis is treated as the non-primitive. PRIMITIVE = .TRUE. makes phonon analysis be treated as a primitive cell. In this version, a primitive cell is automatically determined. The primitive axes and the primitive reciprocal axes are shown in standard output. Sometimes this routine fails.
