FORCE_CONSTANTS

Output or Read FORCE_CONSTANTS file. Using .TRUE. or WRITE tags, force constants are written into frophorun.yaml and FORCE_CONSTANTS files. The default is .FALSE., which gives no force constants in the files. Using READ tag, the force constants are read from the FORCE_CONSTANTS file instead of the FORCES file.
