Thermodynamic properties

In post-processing by yaml2property.rb, the equations of thermal properties in following sub-subsections are used. The $\mathbf{k}$ and $\nu$ indices indicate calculated q-points and vibration modes, respectively. The $\omega(\mathbf{k},\nu)$ are calculated by fropho with the MP tag.
